Q. How old do I have to be?
A. You must be at least 18 the day of the jump.
Q. Are there weight restrictions?
A. Yes, 235 pounds is the max for a tandem. It's a safety issue.
Q. Are there any height restrictions?
A. No.
Q. How long will it take?
A. You should anticipate spending 3-4 hours with us for a tandem, and all day with us for AFF.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Dress comfortably. Shorts and t-shirts in the summer, sweats or jeans in the winter, and tennis shoes. We provide optional jumpsuits.
Q. Should I make reservations?
A. We highly recommend it.
Q. How fast will I free fall?
A. Free fall averages 120 mph or 176 feet per second.
Q. How long will I free fall?
A. You'll be in free fall for up to 60 seconds.
Q. How experienced are the instructors?
A. All of our instructors are USPA qualified and have completed thousands of jumps.
Q. Will the landing hurt?
A. No, in a tandem, the instructor lands first. Your impact should be similar to stepping off a curb.
Q. Should I tip my instructor? What about my videographer?
A. If you enjoyed your skydive, a tip is a great way to show your appreciation!
Q. Can I get video for my whole group?
A. You need to purchase one video for each skydiver. It is impossible for a videographer to shoot multiple tandems at the same time.
